At just one year old, this handsome Australian Kelpie mix has already learned what it feels like to find a home and then lose it. <br/><br/>Ralphie was adopted from our shelter, but through absolutely no fault of his own, he was returned because the family’s son didn’t like that Ralphie wasn’t like the dog they had loved and lost. But Ralphie isn’t supposed to be that dog. He’s supposed to be Ralphie, and this sweet pup has so much to offer. <br/><br/>Ralphie loves people, although he may need a little time to warm up and feel comfortable with someone new. Once he does, you’ll see what a wonderful boy he really is. He also enjoys the company of cats, although he sometimes forgets that cats aren’t dogs and may try to engage them in a little playtime. A confident, playful cat might think that’s fantastic.<br/><br/> This energetic boy loves to run, so a home with a nice, securely fenced yard would be a dream come true.
