Ralph's Story

Meet Ralph!
6 months old
38 lbs
Neutered
Dog/kid friendly
Potty trained and crate trained

Ralph is a 6-month-old neutered little lover boy who is up to date on his vaccines and ready to find his forever family!

Ralph may have the cutest ears ever. They seem to have a mind of their own—sometimes flopping in different directions and sometimes standing straight up! Add in his adorable inquisitive head tilts, and its pretty much impossible not to fall in love with this happy boy.

Ralph has an incredibly sweet, playful, and happy personality. He does amazing with the three resident dogs in his foster home and has also done wonderfully meeting dogs outside the home. He loves having canine friends and is always ready for some fun!

Ralph has met the resident cat and is curious about his feline roommate. He enjoys sniffing the cat and does not show any intent to harm. Because of his playful puppy nature, a home with a dog-savvy cat who understands and can appropriately respond to a playful young dog would be the best fit.

Ralph has also done wonderfully with children. Because he is still a young, energetic pup, some supervision and caution may be needed around very small children simply because he can be a little bouncy.

He is crate trained and potty trained and sleeps in his crate every night. He may cry for a few minutes when first crated, but he settles quickly.

Ralph is all eyes on his foster mom when they are in training mode. He is super food motivated and ready to learn. He walks really well on a leash and is learning the “stay” and “down” command. He catches on quickly to new commands. He would love a family that may dabble in the hobby of training because Ralph loves to feel like he is in working mode.

Ralph is the whole package—sweet, playful, social, adorable, and ready to be someones best friend.

Could Ralph be the missing piece in your family?

Interested in adopting?
