RALEIGH's Story

Say hello to Raleigh! Raleigh was affectionately named after his home state of North Carolina, but he's ready to change his residency to whatever state you live in. Raleigh is full of southern charm and has irresistable brindle spots. Could he be the next member of your family?

Visit our website at www.rdrne.org to fetch an application and make it official!

You must be at least 25 and live within a 5-hour driving radius of Thompson PA. We check veterinary references and require all pets within the home to be spayed/neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, and maintained on heartworm and flea & tick preventatives.

Ruff Dog Rescue—Turning RUFF Starts into New Beginnings!

Ruff Dog Rescue North East's Adoption Policy
Please, when thinking of adopting a new pet, consider not only monetary needs of adding a pup to your home, but also the time involved with any new animal. You have a life and want to add this dog to your existing routines - this dog will depend on you and you ARE their life. A puppy is cute and adorable but understand that he/she will grow up and then what? Hopefully you will cherish every moment your new pup has on this earth with you. It is not a toy and not something you can just play with for awhile and then get a newer cuter model. This is a lifetime commitment you are making to an animal. You can visit our private facility once we have your application (links to applications can be found on our website, www.rdrne.org). We have appointments every day, 7 days a week, between noon and 4 pm. We look forward to meeting you!
