Our Rainbow was so named because we hope she has weathered the worst in her life and now a beautiful rainbow and life await her!

Rainbow came to us severely underweight and heartworm positive. She is successfully being treated for her heartworms and we are thrilled to say she is putting on weight - this girl enjoys every single meal!

Even with all of that, Rainbow is the most beautiful girl with the best spirit! She LOVES to play and will practically climb into the toy box to find just the right toy! She is great with other dogs and loves everyone she meets - especially if they have treats!

But more than all of this, we are struck by how kind she is to the VERY shy dog she came with - Blossom. Rainbow brings out the best in Blossom and is always drawing her out to play or even just to step outside of her run. She lets Blossom know that everything will be okay - they are both safe, loved and adored.
