Introducing Raggy, who was found strutting around the Wiley campus last week looking like he lost a fight with a tumbleweed. <br/>Sadly, no one came to reclaim this fluffy comedian, so he’s now searching for a forever home that appreciates both his regal portraits and his behind-the-scenes bloopers.<br/>After a much-needed haircut and the removal of all those pesky mats, Raggy is feeling fresh, fabulous, and fully committed to showing off his silly side. <br/>Raggy is estimated to be a 3 year old shih tzu/poodle mix.
