Raggedy Ann's Story

Raggedy Ann, an 1 year old American Bulldog Mix, came to us as a stray. Her and her brother, Andy, were in the middle of the road when an 18 wheeler came around the corner and straddled them. Miraculously, they froze, didn’t run and survived. One of our fosters was following the truck and saw this happen, stopped and picked them up. Both pups were extremely anemic due to hookworms. After several series of deworming, they both got a clean bill of health. Andy found his furever home in Fall of 2021. But Raggedy Ann is still patiently waiting for her family.
Raggedy Ann has precious personality and extremely loving. Her favorite place to be is in your lap. She loves to be held and told how beautiful she is and how great it will be when her family finds her. Initially meeting Annie, she is very excitable and hyper because she loves people, but she calms down nicely once excitement is over. She is active and loves to run and play with her foster brothers and sisters, but overall she is a calm and laid back couch potato. She loves to play with toys and is extremely treat motivated. Her character is quite comical and will keep you chuckling.
- Up to date on Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvo, Para Influenza,
Leptospira, Corona Virus and Bordetella vaccines.
- Dewormed
- Spayed
- Microchipped w/ Lifetime Monitoring
- On Heartworm & Flea Prevention
- Will receive final Vet Check with Fecal Check at Adoption
- House Trained & Crate Trained
- Good with kids & dogs
Please submit application for Raggedy Anne (Annie) if you thing she could be a perfect fit for your family.
