In new environments, he can become easily overstimulated and anxious, especially with unfamiliar handling, but it's clear underneath it all is a dog who genuinely wants connection and attention.<br/><br/>Raf is playful, excitable, and eager to interact, sometimes getting a little too enthusiastic when meeting new people.
