He's happiest when he's snuggling, giving kisses, or simply following you around to see what you're doing.<br/><br/>When he's not soaking up affection, Rafael is playful, curious, and full of puppy energy. He loves toys, enjoys exploring his surroundings, and is already showing how smart and eager to please he is. Rafael is still learning his basics, but he's food-motivated, attentive, and responds well to positive reinforcement. With consistency, patience, and love, he's going to excel in training and grow into a well-mannered companion.<br/><br/>Rafael does wonderfully with other animals and people of all ages. He gets along with big dogs, small dogs, older cats, younger kittens, and children of all ages. His adaptable, laid-back personality helps him fit in easily, making him a great match for first-time dog owners, active families, or households with existing pets.<br/><br/>His ideal home would include a fenced yard where he can play and explore, kids to grow up with, and ideally a dog sibling to help him continue building confidence and social skills. It is also a donation to go directly back to us to help us continue to rescue more animals.<br/><br/>A Mercy Full Project (MFP) Adoption Application MUST BE COMPLETED in order for you to be considered as a potential adopter. By filling out the MFP Adoption Application you agree and understand that ADOPTION IS NOT GUARANTEED. We are not first come, first served and submitting an application does NOT guarantee adoption.
