RADLEY's Story
Puppy Fun: Radley
Hi! I’m Radley—your future best friend and all-around good boy in training!

I’m about 9 months old, which means I’ve got that perfect mix of puppy fun and growing-up smarts. I’m gentle, friendly, and love being around people. I also live with two other dogs right now and really enjoy having dog buddies—it helps me feel safe and happy when my people are away.

I’m super close to being fully housebroken and even know how to use a dog door all by myself (pretty cool, right?). I understand commands like “come,” “sit,” “pee,” “crate,” and “use the dog door,” and I usually do a great job listening.

Like most puppies, I get excited sometimes—especially when I first come out of my kennel—and I might use my mouth a little to explore. But I’m gentle and have never hurt anyone. I just need a little guidance as I keep learning my manners.

I LOVE toys—seriously, all of them—and I’m a big fan of fetch. I’ll usually bring the ball right back so we can keep the fun going!

What I really want is a home where I can keep learning, play a lot, and have people (and maybe a dog friend!) to love.

I promise to bring fun, loyalty, and lots of tail wags into your life.

Radley has participated in shelter playgroups and may enjoy a compatible canine friend in his new home. He was a little intimidated at first but he wound up having fun. He's now sharing his shelter kennel with a friend he met at the shelter. Looking for a buddy for your dog? Bring him/her to the shelter for a meet and greet and see if we're a match! Check out his playgroup video here:

To meet me, visit the Bradshaw Animal Shelter Tuesday-Sunday, Noon - 5:00 pm, Wednesdays, Noon - 6:00 pm. All adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. To help expedite the meet and greet process, please make note of my Animal ID number, and those of other dogs you might be interested in meeting. Be sure to bring your ID with you, too.
