Raddish's Story
Meet Radish, the most unique little guy of the bunch with his adorable black and gold “mini Shepherd” coloring and the cutest short, squatty legs you’ve ever seen. With his long body and low-to-the-ground stance, he gives off major Shepherd-meets-Basset vibes — and he is just as fun as he is cute.

Radish came to us from the Central Valley alongside his siblings after a very rough start to life, having been found in a homeless encampment in Fresno. Whatever he’s been through, he hasn’t let it dull his spirit. He is the most outgoing and social of the group — confident, playful, and always ready to make new friends.

At about 16 weeks old and 16 pounds, we expect Radish will be around 30 pounds full grown. His unique build and markings make him truly one of a kind, and like his siblings, he even has extra dewclaws that add to his charm.

Radish is a happy, fun-loving puppy who thrives on interaction. He loves to explore, play, and soak up attention, and he’s already showing that he’s very food motivated — which will be a huge help when it comes to training. He would do great in a home with another dog or an active family who can keep up with his playful energy.

Like all puppies his age, Radish is still an infant with no formal training. He will need a committed adopter who is ready to invest time into house training, crate training, socialization, and daily exercise. Puppies this young should not be left alone for long periods and do best in homes with flexible schedules.

Radish would thrive in a home with a yard, structure, and consistency to help him grow into a well-balanced adult dog. He has all the makings of an incredibly loyal, entertaining, and loving companion.

Now safe in the Bay Area, Radish is ready to leave his past behind and find a forever home that will give him the stability, love, and lifelong commitment he deserves.

[Apply Now](http://form.jotform.com/underdogca/dog-adoption-application)
For application forwarding requests or any specific inquiries, you can contact us at adopt@underdogca.com.
