Piedmont Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy
Adopting a friend is easy and painless from Piedmont Animal Rescue.  You MUST go to www.piedmontanimalrescue.com/adopt and apply online prior to setting up special Meet and Greet.  Upon your application being approved we will set up a meeting with you and your potential new family member.  Please keep in mind that even though you have an approved application, Piedmont Animal Rescue reserves the right to not proceed with the adoption during the meeting if we fell that it is not the best fit for the adopters or the pet. To be approved for a pet PAR conducts a Veterinary Check on current pets, landlord check if you rent, and we reserve the right to perform a home inspection as well.  During the vet check we look for Current vaccintations, heartworm preventitaves, and spayed/neutered pets. We have an administrative office located in Mooresville at 228 East Waterlynn Rd in Mooresville NC 28117.  We are open Monday - Wednesday 10 am - 1 pm.  We do NOT house animals at our office!
