Rachel's Story

Rachel recently joined the rescue. She was at the shelter for a couple of weeks and was not reclaimed. She is very sweet and very skinny. We will work on getting her to a healthy weight and getting to know her in the upcoming weeks. Watch for updates on Rachel!

Mit Liebe German Shepherd Dog Rescue's Adoption Policy

All MLGSDR rescues are given a thorough check-up by our vet, including heartworm and parasite testing, spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, and given age-appropriate vaccinations. They are then placed in foster care for at least (3) weeks, taught basic obedience and manners and socialized before they are available for adoption. All adopters are required to complete a basic obedience class with their new dog as stated in the adoption contract.
