Quince! Toy Loving Boy!

Quince is about 1.5 years old and he was surrendered to our shelter when his family could no longer have him where they were living. He is a very sweet boy who has a nice medium energy level. Quince absolutely loves to play with stuffed toys and his silly personality comes out when he has a room full of them! He can be a little shy at first, but give him a few minutes, and toss a toy or two, and he warms right up! He is food motivated and will sit nicely for a treat. Quince is very playful with other dogs and we think it would be good for him to go to a home with another outgoing/playful dog who can show him the world isn't so scary. There is a short application for adoption, however if you do not own your home, or you own a condo, we must speak with your landlord or housing association giving permission to dogs/cats. Bully breed specific permission is required if you rent or own a condo. If you own your home, proof of home ownership is required. If there are other pets in the home they must be licensed (if a dog) and up to date on vaccinations. If there is another dog in the home a dog interaction must be done at the shelter before adoption, to ensure the safety and well being of all pets. All children in the home need to be declared and brought down to meet the animal.<br/>Applications must be submitted and approved BEFORE a meet and greet can be scheduled to meet an animal.<br/><br/>An approved application does not guarantee an adoption.
