Quasar is a gentle 4‐year‐old little guy weighing just 8 pounds, and he's still looking for a family to call his own. His adoption fee is $400. He came to us as a stray--thin, completely matted, and clearly in need of care. Now that he's been cleaned up, fed, and shown some love, his sweet personality shines through.<br/><br/>He gets along wonderfully with the other dogs here and truly enjoys his time outside. Even after a rough start, he remains a kind, affectionate boy who just wants to feel safe and loved.
