Beautiful Quartz is still looking for her own special home. Quartz is go with the flow and content to be a couch potato. She loves car rides and walks well on a leash, but crowds of people are not her thing. Quartzie is slow to warm up to people, taking as much as a week of consistent and gentle approaches. Quartz is slower to warm up to men but accepts cheese in exchange for pets. :) She loves kids but is unsure about their quick movements! Quartz is also fully potty trained, and crate trained and seeks out her crate as her safe space. Quartz is a 9-month-old puppy and loves other dogs!! One requirement of her adoption is that another dog is in her home. She looks to the social cues of the dogs around her to influence her behavior and increase her confidence. If you have a great dog, she will follow in their tracks! If your dog has a vice, such as barking at cars or marking, she will also follow in those tracks.
