Puppers is a sweet, gentle, playful, and very spirited little fella that found himself dumped in a remote area in Jackson County, Tennessee. <br/><br/>This shy little guy found himself on my property in early May 2025, while I was working in the yard. He was hesitant to approach me, but once I offered him a bowl of food, he just melted, and I had a new best friend. <br/><br/>After attempting to locate his owners failed, I integrated him into my pack, which consists of two bully breed dogs, a Boston terrier, and the occasional foster dog. Puppers gets along wonderfully with every dog he meets, and he LOVES to play!<br/><br/>Puppers would make a great addition to any family! Even though he's active and playful, he is also very gentle and sweet. <br/><br/>He loves toys -- ANY TOY -- but especially stuffed toys. You can watch the video to see him delightfully pulling the stuffing out of a toy and running around the yard with it. <br/><br/>Puppers is very obedient, and he listens very well. Someone has worked with him in the past, as he has very good house manners. He wants to be with you and loves attention. <br/><br/>While Puppers will certainly soak up all the attention you can give him, he would be happiest in a home where he had a canine brother or sister. <br/><br/>Puppers is housebroken and crate trained. He was recently neutered, had his nails clipped, teeth cleaned, and microchipped (thanks to the Friends of Jackson County Animal Shelter). <br/><br/>This super sweet fella is ready to find someone who will love him forever and give him his "happily ever after!"<br/><br/>Maybe that's YOU! :)
