While she may be shy around people at first, her true personality shines when she's with other dogs. They give her confidence, and she absolutely blossoms in their company! Pumpkin's journey hasn't been easy--she and her sibling were sadly abandoned in a kennel. But since then, she's made great strides while living at a wonderful foster-run doggy daycare, where she's had time to build trust, enjoy playtime, and get comfortable in a caring environment. Now at the shelter, Pumpkin continues to be her sweet, gentle self. She's adjusting beautifully and remains calm and kind. We believe she would truly thrive in a home with another friendly, confident dog who can help her continue to feel safe and loved. Abandoned Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy

ADOPTION FEE Dogs 6+ months of age and older $225.00; puppies under 6 months of age $250.00 Cats (over seven months old): $60 Kittens (under seven months old): $95 All AAR adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, and vaccinations are current. They're treated for fleas, wormed, and microchipped. Dogs are tested for heartworms, treated if positive, and on heartworm preventive; cats are tested for FeLV and FIV. If for some reason the pet does not work out or you can no longer keep the pet, please call AAR first. We will work with you. AAR is located at 32632 Wright Rd, Magnolia, TX. Our hours for adoptions are Tuesday - Friday 10am-2pm, Saturday from 10am - 3pm and Sunday 11am - 3pm. Visit www.aartexas.org to fill-out the online adoption application.
