Hi there! My name is Pumbaa and I'm at the Santa Maria Campus. I am a 9 year old, male Yorkie/chihuahua mix.<br/><br/>I am a little shy to start off, but with treats and patience I will warm right up to you. I love to hang out with my friend, Timon, here at the shelter. I would do great in a home with another doggie friend, as long as we are properly introduced (I am a gentleman after all!). I like taking leisure strolls, laying in my bed, and scarfing down my food. I'm easy going and just looking for the right home.<br/><br/>Adoptions are open 12pm-4:30pm every day, except Wednesdays, and no appointment is needed. <br/><br/>Like all SBH animals, when I am adopted I will have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. Adoptions also include a certificate for a complimentary post-adoption veterinary exam from a local clinic and our partners at Hills Science Diet will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home.<br/><br/>Need some supplies?
