Puggy's Story

Puggy is the cutest and so photogenic! She is a true gem and the total package! This girl is so sweet, and is friendly with everyone she meets. She likes to be close to people, but is also very spunky and playful and loves playing with other dogs. She loves running in the yard and will make a great walking buddy and companion to a lucky family! She is a deserving girl, with a contagious energy and amazing temperament. Her foster says she is outgoing, active, is a joy to have and always keeps her smiling with her funny personality! Puggy is around 12lbs and around 1-2 years old. She was found stray, likely dumped, and landed in a high kill shelter. She was without a microchip and we were happy to welcome this deserving and grateful girl into rescue! Puggy has shallow hip sockets, but is extremely active and the vet has cleared her for not needing any current surgery for it.
Puggy’s bio:
-typical age appropriate energy overall, loves to play with other dogs, is very outgoing and spunky, and loves people
-smart and loyal girl
-great with other dogs in her foster home
-working on potty training and is doing well in her foster setting
-is doing good with leash training
-does well with crate training in her foster home but will need a normal transition time period in a new setting
-enjoys toys, chew bones, and treats
-enjoys lounging and hanging in the yard and on her dog bed as well as playtime in the yard.
