Meet PUDGE!<br/><br/>**Pudge is currently being fostered in MD and is ready for a meet and greet!**<br/><br/>Perfect Pudge is on the hunt for his forever home and trust us, this one is going to steal your heart fast. At just 8 months old and 35 pounds, Pudge is the perfect mix of playful puppy energy and professional level cuddler. <br/><br/>We think he’s a Lab/shepherd mix of some sort! He has that beautiful classic bi-color pattern! <br/><br/>He gets along beautifully with other dogs of all sizes and would love a home where he can have some canine friends or plenty of opportunities to play. <br/><br/>When he is not busy zooming around or investigating his surroundings, he is fully committed to his other full time job, being a snuggle bug. Pudge is absolutely convinced he belongs in your lap at all times, and he will gaze up at you with those signature puppy dog eyes and expressive little eyebrows that make it nearly impossible to say no.<br/><br/>Pudge is not just cute, he is also a very good boy. He walks like a pro on a leash, is fully potty trained, and is crate trained. He sleeps throughout the night without a peep.<br/><br/>He loves a good chew bone and is highly food and treat motivated, which makes training both fun and effective. He already knows his basic commands and is eager to keep learning, especially if snacks are involved. <br/><br/>Like many young pups, Pudge can get a little jumpy when he first meets you because he is just so excited to say hello, but he responds well to redirection and is improving every single day.<br/><br/>Pudge would thrive in a home with an active family who is ready to include him in their daily adventures. He would do best with older children who can match his energy and help continue reinforcing his training. New experiences can make him a little unsure at first, but give him a little time and patience and you will see him blossom into the most loyal, loving companion. He loves to follow his foster mom around the house, but not in an annoying under-the-feet kind of way; the foster calls him her "comfort shadow" which is so adorable! Once Pudge warms up, he is all in, and you will quickly find that your lap, your couch, and your heart belong to him.<br/><br/>He’s also easy going and had no issue with being handled/bathed, having his body blowdried or his nails clipped!<br/><br/>He is neutered and up to date on all vaccinations.<br/><br/>Please feel free to email us with any questions about him!
