Puddles is a ten-year-old, 8-pound brown and white Chihuahua with a hopeful spirit that hasn’t dimmed despite life’s disappointments. This sweet senior was originally rehomed by his owner, only to later be found wandering as a stray. Sadly, when his new owners were contacted, they chose not to bring him home.
