Puck's Story

Meet Puck!

Named after Oberon’s mischievous sprite from A Midsummer Night’s Dream, our Puck certainly lives up to his namesake—young, playful, full of energy, and always ready for a little harmless mischief.

Puck is an adolescent pup with all the enthusiasm and occasional “Wait... was I supposed to do that?” that comes with being a youngster. Underneath all that puppy energy is an incredibly sweet, people-loving boy who absolutely adores attention.

He would thrive with an adopter willing to put some time into training, give him structure, and help him turn all that enthusiasm into good manners. Puck has also been spending time in playgroups with other pups, where he relies on his canine friends to help teach him the ways of the dog world. He's still learning his social graces, but luckily, he's got some pretty good teachers!

He's young. He's goofy. He's a little mischievous. And much like his Shakespearean namesake, wherever Puck goes, a little chaos—and a whole lot of fun—tends to follow.

If you're looking for a young dog you can train, adventure with, laugh at, and watch blossom into an awesome companion, Puck might just work his magic on you.

Please note: Information about our dogs is based on observations while in our care and any history available to HATS. We cannot guarantee how a dog will behave in a new environment or with children, other dogs, cats, or other animals. Adopters are responsible for appropriate supervision, training, management, and safe introductions. HATS encourages adopters to educate themselves on responsible dog handling and seek professional training or behavioral guidance when needed.
