Prospero's Story

Meet Prospero – the scruffy little underdog with big dreams and even bigger puppy energy! ??
This 1-year-old terrier mix may only weigh 38 pounds, but don’t be fooled—he’s got enough charm and personality to fill a stadium (and probably your couch). He’s full grown, but his enthusiasm for life is still very much puppy-level.
Prospero is a smart, curious, and cuddly goofball who's quickly mastering all the basics—sit, come, wait, and the fine art of not stealing your socks (okay, we’re still negotiating that one). He’s crate-trained, nearly potty-trained, and definitely treat-trained.
And speaking of treats… Prospero does okay with kids, but he’s been known to swipe a cookie or two when little hands aren’t looking. ? Consider him a part-time snack pirate with a very innocent face. He can also be a bit vocal—he’s not afraid to share his thoughts, opinions, and neighborhood gossip with anyone willing to listen.
He loves kids, adults, and other dogs—though he sometimes plays a little too enthusiastically with super chill dog friends. Cats, however, are not his thing—Prospero does not do well with feline roommates and would be happiest in a cat-free home.
Prospero came to us underweight and unsure, but with some good old-fashioned TLC, he's thriving and ready to bring the joy. If you're looking for a playful, snuggly sidekick with a touch of mischief, a strong bark game, and a heart of gold, Prospero is ready to star in your happily ever after.
