Professor Plum's Story

Professor Plum entered the San Diego Humane Society as a stray, and sadly, he wasn't claimed.
We welcomed him as a Frosted Face on November 24th. Professor Plum is estimated to be 9 years old and weighs 16 lbs.

Professor Plum may be a senior in age, but he's a puppy in spirit! He is a high-energy, affectionate shadow dog who loves long walks, neighborhood coffee shop runs (he's a regular!), hikes, fetch, and especially tug. He does the cutest little hops while waiting for meals and knows to "sit" and "wait" for his release before diving in.

With people, Professor Plum's a total love. Men, women, kids - he greets everyone with enthusiasm, pets, and sometimes an eager paw on your lap. He's happiest cuddled up next to you on the couch or snoozing wherever you are.

On leash, Plum can get very excited about other dogs and is still working on his impulse control. Because of this, he would likely do best as the only pet where he can soak up all the attention.

Professor Plum is house-trained with routine, does well home alone for a few hours, and will be waiting at the door with a wagging tail (and probably a toy) when you return.

If you want an active, snuggly best friend who will adore you completely, Professor Plum is ready for his next adventure. Please mail placement@frostedfacesfoundation.org to meet him!
