She loves pup cups and visiting her many fans because she makes friends everywhere she goes!<br/><br/>Zelda is smart and curious, with a big heart and an even bigger smile. She enjoys sniffy walks and brain games like puzzle feeders, lick mats, and long-lasting chews such as Nylabones, or collagen rolls.. Her favorite thing, though, is affection from her people. She'll happily flop over for belly rubs and snuggles. She loves all the neighborhood children.<br/><br/>Zelda lives happily with a senior dog; after trying to win him over with kisses and play, Zelda quickly learned to respect his space. <br/><br/>She's housetrained, knows "sit," and is very food-motivated, which makes training easy. She may want to bark at other dogs on the street, but can be redirected with "look" and treats. She benefits from long walks and lots of training exercises.<br/><br/>Zelda was born with a congenital heart defect that was successfully repaired with surgery. Her prognosis is excellent. She may remain on a daily medication and will need periodic follow-ups, but she's expected to live a long, happy life. Zelda is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations-ready to bring joy and love to her forever family.
