Princess Peach's Story

Princess Peach is surprisingly calm for a 3-month-old puppy. Perhaps, like her Super Mario character, she is waiting to be rescued by you? Off leash, Peach doesnt run around like crazy. She doesnt do much exploring either. She prefers to lay down and chew things. Sticks, grass, leaves, even poop bags filled with poop so yeah, do not leave those lying around! That said, the chewing could be from her teething, though. Peach is learning a lot of new experiences such as leash walking and fetching. Currently, when you put a leash on her and start to walk, she sits down :D When you throw a ball, she looks at you like huh?<br/> <br/>Princess Peach is a 3-month-old Hound mix. Buckeye's Mission's Adoption Policy
Meet and Greet with our adoptable dogs are by appointment only. An application must be completed prior to the meet and greet. The application gives us some background information on the family. It enables us to do compatibility screenings to match you up with the best fit dog and vice versa. Some of our adoptable dogs are in foster homes. Meet and greets will be at our sanctuary unless it is in the best interest of the dog to meet at the foster home. To meet any of our adoptable dogs please email your application to buckeyethepittie@gmail.com to set up an appointment. Please note that submitting an application for a dog does not guarantee that you will be approved to adopt that dog. Buckeye's reserves the right to approve or reject any application, for any reason, including but not limited to, judgement of the application, home situation, routine, safety, health, or the dog not being compatible to the applicant. Furthermore, there may be other applicants for the same dog. The best match for the dog and applicant will be made, regardless of order of application received or meet conducted. Adoption fees range from $350-$500 (more, on some occasions and less, if the dog has sponsorship). It covers core vaccines, microchip, heartworm test and spay/neuter surgery.
