You'll be able to meet available dogs in the shelter.<br/>(Puppies in foster care are not available for in-person visits.)<br/><br/>#2- ADOPT SIGHT UNSEEN<br/>If you're ready to adopt without meeting the puppy first, we can help over the phone or by email. (413) 781-4000 x 1 or email springfield@dakinhumane.org. We are often helping other clients when you call, but we return voicemails and emails within 24 hours.<br/><br/>Puppies are adopted on a first come, first served basis, and we're not able to place holds on them.<br/><br/>All puppy adoption fees include: <br/>-spay/neuter<br/>-kennel cough vaccination<br/>-current parvo/distemper vaccines (may need additional boosters with your veterinarian)<br/>-microchip implanted & registered to adopter<br/>-treatment of fleas & ticks<br/>-veterinary exam and health certificate at Dakin<br/>-free vet exam within 30 days of adoption with participating veterinarians<br/>Most pets have also received other medical care while with us. Your veterinarian may recommend additional health care for your pet.
