Princess's Story

Meet Her Majesty: Princess

They say you can't buy love, but you can certainly rescue it. While her paperwork might say Princess, one look at her regal gaze and composed demeanor tells you everything you need to know: We are in the presence of a Queen.

This soulful senior GSD has traded the frantic energy of youth for a refined, deep-seated devotion. She doesn't just sit by your side; she anchors your soul. Princess is the type of dog who gives gentle head nudges, looking for a partner who understands that while her pace might slow down, her capacity to love only grows.

Princess is a special soul who has made a massive impact on our staff. We are looking for a committed adopter who views her senior years not as a burden, but as a privilege to witness. Princess is seeking a forever kingdom that can offer her a settled lifestyle. This beautiful girl deserves a home where she can give her whole heart and never be left behind again. She prefers a "Serta" Standard of Living.. We're talking "orthopedic bed" lifestyle. Her future family will need to be prepared to provide high-quality nutrition, cozy comforts, and senior-specific veterinary care that a majestic large-breed dog requires to stay comfortable and thriving.

If you are a serious dog lover with a big heart, Princess is ready to retire in style with you.

Are you ready to give this Queen the crown she deserves? Fill out an adoption application here: https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/CAST/Dog to be pre-approved!

Princess is vaccinated, heart-worm negative, spayed and microchipped! So all you need to provide is the love.

Our adoption fee is a minimum $150 tax deductible donation. All donations are used for rescue and medical care of animals in need. If you don't have room to take home a pet but want to support our efforts to save animals in need, please consider making a donation. We are not city or state funded and rely solely on private donations that allow us to continue saving lives.

To learn more about us or to give a life saving donation please visit http://www.carerescue.org

C.A.R.E. Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy
All animals are spayed / neutered before they are available for adoption. This helps reduce pet overpopulation in the Ozarks - the highest in the country. Each animal is current on vaccinations. Both dogs and cats must receive three total sets of vaccinations to prevent deadly animal diseases. All animals at C.A.R.E. are kept current on their vaccinations while in our care (All animals are vaccinated for Bordetella or "kennel cough", DA2PPV, CVK-puppies, DA2PPV, Lepto-adult dogs, FVRCP-C-kittens & adult cats). Dogs and cats above the age of 12 weeks old also receive their rabies shots and are sent home with a rabies certificate, collar, & rabies tag. If a puppy or kitten is adopted before they have received the total three vaccinations, it is the responsibility of the adopter to provide them. Each animal has been dewormed and treated for fleas. Worms are parasites that can cause serious damage to your pet. C.A.R.E. deworms all of the animals in our care.
