Princess's Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Princess is blind. Vet thinks she can see shadows out of the corner of one eye but nothing in the other eye. She is very friendly, happy, and energetic. She likes to run and play just as much as any normal puppy and once given time to adjust to her surroundings she is fairly capable of moving around on her own. She does not like to be penned up as she wants to follow her person but will eventually rest quietly in a kennel. She plays quietly on the floor or naps while inside. She loves her toy that houses treats. It will keep her entertained for a long while. She is interested in cats but hasn't bothered them.

Union Humane Society's Adoption Policy

Our adoption fee is $75.00. If the animal is under 4 months old, you will receive a certificate to take to your vet to have your pet spayed/neutered and get their rabies shot. If the animal is over 4 months old, they will already have this done. All animals will be current on all their shots and wormed. We do not have a shelter at this time. All of the animals we have for adoption are kept in Foster homes. To visit a pet you would like to adopt please call 318-620-0062

All our adoptable animals are in the care of our wonderful Foster volunteers. We are working toward building a shelter in Farmerville, however, and are always accepting donations toward that goal...
