Meet Primrose! Primrose is a gentle 1 year old shepherd mix who loves snuggles, cuddle time, and enjoys a calm walk out in the yard. Primrose may be large in size, but her heart is even larger! When meeting new people, Primrose is a little shy but as soon as she finds out there’s lots of pets and scratches, she’ll happily sit by you for hours.<br/>Primrose walks nicely on leash and is a total food pup. If there’s treats involved, she’s involved! Primrose would be a fantastic family dog and would love a family that will love and spoil her and give her a large yard to roam around.<br/><br/>Primrose is good with kids. It is unknown at this time how Primrose is with other dogs and cats.

Wetaskiwin Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy

After selecting your pet, we require you to fill out the adoption agreement and pay the adoption fee. After this is done your new family member will be ready for pick up in 24 hours. This gives you time to ready your home for a new addition and gives us time to make sure that any paperwork and services required are complete. If you change your mind in this 24 hour hold period your payment will be refunded to you. Choosing a pet is a big decision for you and your family but it is also a big life change for your new pet. We require all potential adopters to meet the animal in person prior to adopting. We unfortunately cannot accommodate travel arrangements or shipping of an animal.
