Pretzel's Story
From homeless and hungry to living the COLLEGE LIFE!

Hi, I’m PRETZEL- BIG MAN ON CAMPUS

Not too long ago, I was all alone, hungry, scared, and unsure of what tomorrow would bring. Then a group of college girls came along and completely changed my world.

I currently have a whole dorm full of girls who adore me! I’ve got soccer fields to run, softball fields to explore, girls to charm, and an endless supply of love and attention to soak up.

Here’s what all my many foster moms have to say about me:

Age & size? One to two years old, and 69 pounds.

Dogs? Love ’em! I get along great with other dogs.

Cats? Jury’s still out. The only ones I’ve met weren’t exactly interested in being friends...Ferals.

Kids? Yes! I’ve been around children ages 5–10 and done well.

Personality? OUTGOING! I’ve never met a stranger, just a potential new member of my fan club.

Lap dog? ABSOLUTELY! What’s 69 pounds when there’s an available lap? Personal space is overrated anyway.

House trained? Yes, ma’am!

Crate trained? Nope! Dorm life hasn’t included that particular class. Fortunately, I’m not destructive and can be left alone.

Leash trained? Yes! Sometimes my excitement gets the best of me and I pull, but I’m learning and respond well to correction.

Now, I do have a couple of freshman habits I’m working on. I sometimes jump up and get a little mouthy when meeting new people. What can I say? I get EXCITED! But my foster moms are teaching me better manners, and I’m already making great progress. I’m hoping to graduate with honors!

And apparently, I’m quite the comedian. I chase my own tail, occasionally chew on my own legs, and insist on starting my mornings with a BIG stretch followed by a proper scratch session.

My medical résumé is looking pretty impressive, too!

Up-to-date on all my vetting
Neutered
Microchipped
Treated for heartworms using the gentle-kill treatment protocol.

Here’s the thing, though. As wonderful as dorm life has been, my college girls know I deserve something even better — a forever family of my very own. Someone who will keep teaching me, playing with me, scratching me, laughing at my silly antics, and loving me for the rest of my life.

I went from having absolutely nothing to discovering just how wonderful people can be. Now I’m ready for the next chapter of my story.

Could YOU be my happily ever after?

*ADOPTION FEE $100

Ready to adopt me?
