Presley's Story

Presley is an 8 year old, 16 lb maltipoo! He is friendly with people and is excited to meet new people and get pet. However, he can be nippy if someone reaches out to touch him and he didn't ask for it. People need to let him come to them when he wants pets. He gets along with other dogs and loves to play with them outside of the home (dog parks, on walks, on play dates), but needs to be the only dog in the household. No kids for him, either. Presley really bonds to his people, and needs to learn boundaries from the beginning to prevent him from becoming possessive of you. He is a very sweet and cuddly dog, hes house trained, and hes good on a leash. He just needs some boundaries in the home to help curb the occasional behavior issues

Pacific Pups Rescue's Adoption Policy

If you are interested in adopting a dog, we have the adopter take home the dog for a week trial period. If at the end of the week, you choose to finalize the adoption, great! If not, we take the dog back in. Our foster program is FREE for fosters. We provide all food, supplies and medical care. All we ask is for fosters to love and care for the dog until he/she is adopted, or for however long the foster can, and give them a ride to any necessary vet appointments and adoption fairs!

Our Mission

Pacific Pups Rescue is a Los Angeles, foster based rescue. We rescue dogs from kill shelters and from some owners who can no longer care for their animals for extreme circumstances. All of our dogs live in foster homes until they find their forever homes.
