Presley is an almost 2-year-old black tri Australian Shepherd, weighing in at a petite 38 lbs. She has a very shy, sensitive nature and is still trying to figure out her place in the world. You can see that she wants to please—she’s just not quite sure how yet.<br/><br/>She often watches the other dogs closely, even following their lead to try and understand how to get attention from her people. It’s both endearing and a little heartbreaking—she’s clearly trying, she just hasn’t had the guidance to know what to do.<br/><br/>Presley is wonderful with other dogs and truly benefits from their presence. While she doesn’t quite know how to play yet, she’s very interested and curious, which is a great sign that she’ll learn with time and encouragement.<br/><br/>She’s looking for a patient, loving home with lots of time, consistency, and encouragement to help her build confidence and learn how to just be a dog.
