Presley came to FOR with a rock in her skull that required removal. Unfortunately, it seems rock removal also removed a few brain cells, primarily the ones that learn tricks and skills. While she won’t be winning any dog show, she is a favorite for hot dog eating contests. She LOVES food and will use her nose to find it.

The rock didn’t damage her hound dog sense of smell, and she can scale a fence if she catches a scent. She is crate, potty and leash trained and needs someone that will take her on walks. She loves going on hikes for new smells, but her daily walks don’t need to be intense- she is a couch potato at heart. So while a fence is not required, a comfy sofa or dog bed is an absolute necessity.

The saying “ignorance is bliss” might be her life motto because while she’s not the brightest dog, she loves everyone (except cats), and her sweet disposition and silly mannerisms are sure to brighten any home.

Presleigh is a 3 year old, treeing walking coonhound, spayed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. She is being fostered in Huntsville, Alabama. Out of state adopters are welcome!
