Potato's Story
*This dog is in foster and not located at the shelter*

Meet the stinkin cutest Potato to ever exist! Potato is an amazing dog, being fully blind does not stop the little guy from being the life of the party. This guy lives with an amazing foster family that gives him so much experience in life... so far he's great with other dogs, loves to romp around with children of any age and gives the best cuddles. We also know he does not like cats and would be better off with none.

Potato has a tendency to resource gaurd from other animals so food and treat time will have to be a solo activity, but luckily he's a pug so the food doesn't last long. Due to Potato being blind constant neighboring noises or lots of people coming and going from the house can be rough for him, he will bark in distress mostly so he really appreciates having a safe quiet place. He can be more wery and scared of male voices compared to female.

Potato is really in need of a safe, quiet and comfortable place to land, his foster family love him but know their house can be too rowdy for him at times. He's a wonderful loving companion who is ready to be someone's best friend!

Contact the shelter for more information on how to meet Potato:
541-296-5189
Email: info@columbiagorgehs.org
