Let me tell you about myself. My name is Poppy and I had rough start in life but it never let me loose my happy attitude. I was used by not so nice people for breeding and then I got sick so they just left me in this very scary shelter in LA. They only gave me 3 days to be rescued but the awesome volunteers showed my videos online and this really sweet lady came to drive me all the way to Las Vegas. Right now I get to hang with a bunch of dog, cat and human friends while I get healthy again. I have lymphoma and I’m 6 months into my chemo treatment. Because I’m doing so well I’m ready to find a foster family and even a forever home. The rescue will cover all my medical bills. It’s pretty cool of them.
