He walks great on leash, is house-trained, and settles easily into any environment. He has that perfect mix of playful and relaxed, and he loves human attention.<br/><br/>Currently being fostered in Portland, Oregon, Pongo was rescued from a feeding route — one of the areas in Puerto Rico where locals drive through daily to feed dumped dogs. He was one of the lucky ones we were able to bring into our program.<br/><br/>He is now healthy, social, affectionate, and ready for a home of his own.
