Papito has spent his whole life waiting for someone to truly love him.<br/>At just 3 years old and only 6 pounds, this precious Chihuahua lived outside in a kennel, forgotten and without even basic veterinary care. He did test positive for heartworms, but because of his tiny size and the fact that he has no symptoms, he has started the slow-kill treatment.
