Po came in as an owner surrender, but we don't understand why. He is all hound and has a lot to say on many subjects while loving being the center attention. All dogs must be spayed/neutered and rabies vaccinated within the agreed upon time frame with new owners, otherwise we will seize the dog and take them back into our care according to our adoption contract.
