Pluto III's Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. This is Pluto... don’t ask me how he got that name... maybe because he is “out of this world” handsome! He is a rock solid 3-year-old boy. He is a gentle boy that loves other dogs and people... not crazy about rabbits. Go figure... a Beagle! Pluto came to us from North Florida. My guess he was someone’s dog at one time. He knows sit and back. He is house trained (yea!) and is crate trained. He will even go into his crate for meal time. He loves to be a couch potato (or a giant lap potato!) but will happily getup to go and walk or play. He does love toys. He is “Beagle Loud” when someone walks past so probably does better with in house than an apartment. Pluto needs an experienced owner as he is a confident (and super loving) dog who needs to know who is the boss. With good direction, Pluto will make someone a great family (or solo) addition.
