Pluto's Story

Pluto is a super sweet five month old puppy with ears for days. He’s 11 lbs and we expect him to be close to 20 lbs full grown so he’s the perfect size to take everywhere with you. Pluto is a typical happy go lucky puppy and he’s already crate and house trained. He’s friendly with other dogs and very playful but also loves to snuggle. Pluto is currently in the Atlanta area but transport is available up the east coast.

Jet Wag Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy

All potential adopters have to fill out an adoption application and we conduct a background check, home check, and vet check. We then schedule a video call between the potential adopter and one of our volunteers where we conduct an interview and give them the opportunity to ask questions about the animal and the process. If all goes well with that, we schedule a meet and greet with the adopter (and any current pets) with the potential new pet. To finalize an adoption the adopter must sign an adoption contract and pay the adoption fee. Included in the adoption contract is the mandate that if they need to return / rehome their pet they must contact us immediately so we can work to find foster / adoption placement. We stay in close contact with all adopters after the adoption is completed.
