Pluto's Story

Pluto came to Logan’s Rescue in March 2026 as a transfer from the Humane Society after being confiscated from a hoarding situation. It took him a few days to realize he was no longer in survival mode, and he can still be shy in new situations. Once he warms up, though, he becomes a total love—Pluto is a true belly rub connoisseur and will happily flop over for just about anyone willing to give him some attention! He is not a big fan of being picked up but will happily climb into your lap or snuggle up next to you on his terms.

He is currently living in a foster home with dogs of all sizes, cats, and two small children. Pluto says children are not a requirement in his new home. He would especially love to be adopted alongside his friend Minnie! He panics when she is out of sight.

Pluto is mostly house-trained. He was only recently neutered and still shows some marking behavior, which should improve as his hormones settle. He will require a secure, fenced-in yard, as he is still working on becoming comfortable walking on a leash.
