Meet Pixie *Courtesy Post*
Pixie is a pretty 2-year-old, 40lb pup. She’s an Australian shepherd mix who is smart, sensitive and loves playing with other dogs.
Pixie is a dream in her crate sleeping through the night and settles quickly when her foster fam leaves the house. She’s calm in the house, potty trained, knows her sit and down, and picks up new tricks after only a few sessions. She also respects boundaries around the house knowing not to go in the kitchen when her people are cooking (even if they drop something) or run out the door (even though she loves her walks). Pixie is still learning to trust new people and is working on her leash skills, sometimes she gets excited by bugs or birds and wants to chase, so she’d do best in a home without cats or other small pets.
