Pixie is a bit shy at first, so she needs someone patient and gentle who will give her the time she needs to feel safe and loved. Once in your arms, she enjoys being snuggled and cherished—her favorite moments are those quiet cuddles with her favorite person. She loves her best friend Schatzi, and they enjoy snuggling together, so adopting them as a pair is also an option for those looking to add two sweet souls to their family. She will need another dog in the home to make her feel secure. She is currently learning to use the doggie door and is working on house and leash training. Pixie is scheduled to be spayed, but she’s already vaccinated, microchipped, and has been treated for fleas and dewormed. She’s ready to start her new life filled with love and care. Pixie will thrive in a calm environment, preferably with an existing dog companion who can help her feel more secure. She’s looking for a patient, loving home where she can grow confident and happy.
