Pixie's Story

Pixie is an adorable little Terrier mix who is nonshedding, 1 year old and weighs only 8 pounds. This sweet affectionate cutie was brought into the shelter with three other dogs. They claimed they found them but it was obvious they all were from the same home. Pixie was a shaggy matted mess but turned out to be a diamond in the rough both in appearance and personality. She was super affectionate from the beginning and is friendly with everyone she meets. Pixie enjoys walks and greets everyone with a wagging tail. She gets along well with other dogs and her current foster has two. Pixie is not a barker and since she's so small, she could accompany you on errands or social outings in a pooch pack. CAUTION: Pixie is a bolter and will take the opportunity to dart out the door if you're not paying attention. Pixie is working on her housebreaking and making great progress but she'll need some continued guidance. She has all shots and is microchipped. If you're interested in meeting her, please fill out the adoption application on our website bichonsandbuddies.com
