Pixie's Story

HI! I'm Pixie! I'm a 7 y/o Female Pit/Lab mix. I'm fairly good with other dogs. I get along well with my kennel mate, Elsa. I walk well on a leash, and mind my manners when I walk next to you. I am fairly house-trained. I would be good for morning walks around the neighborhood to keep you company. I'm a Senior, so please speak with an adoption counselor to meet me and take me home today!

Humane Society of Yuma's Adoption Policy

We Have 2 locations for adoptions. The main shelter 4050 S. Ave 4 1/2 E ( 5 DAYS A WEEK) OR PetSmart adoption center,( located inside of PetSmart in the Yuma Palms Mall) Monday - Saturday 9:30am- 8pm Sunday 10:30am- 6pm. Not all the animlas seen on the website are able to come to the adoption center, call for the adoption location of a certain pet. Adoption fees range from $0-$250. This includes Spay/Neuter, vaccinations, microchip for dogs. License extra. Open 5 days a week. Adoption hours Tuesday-Saturday 10-4:30pm Office hours 9-5pm 4050 S.
