Pippen's Story

Want a friendly, loving puppy who is smart and eager to please? Then meet Pippen! He's a tender, loving boy who just wants to be part of whatever his family is doing. His foster mom reports that Pippen has been easy to care for and good in so many surprising ways. While he displays some typical puppy behavior--very active, in a chewing phase, pulling on the leash to explore-- he has been quick to learn basic training. He naturally wants to use the bathroom outside (no accidents if allowed to go outside frequently), and he loves his crate. While Pippen is active and playful, he is happy to rest in his crate during the day and sleeps in it all night.

Pippen loves being with his brother, Cosmo, and would do well in a home with other dogs or cats and all ages of humans. He is likely to be a large adult.

Swing by the AARF House on Saturdays between 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. to meet our adoptable animals! We're located at 302 Thurston Street in Winston-Salem. Get the adoption process started and head to aarfws.org to fill out an application!
