Meet Pipo! He's a gentle giant who's sweet, loving, super smart, and very handsome (look at those ears!).<br/><br/>Pipo was a stray who ended up on the euthanasia list at a shelter through no fault of his own. Now he's in a foster home and thriving. His favorite things are sunbathing and being near his people.<br/><br/>A few highlights:<br/><br/> fully crate trained<br/> house broken<br/> completed a 3-week training program — knows basic commands (sit, down, etc.)<br/> very smart, food motivated, and eager to please<br/><br/>Hes a nice mix of active and low-key; happy to join you for walks or hikes, but just as content relaxing at home.<br/><br/>Hed do best in a home with a confident medium/large dog, or as the only dog. No small dogs or cats.<br/><br/>Pipo is still unsure about the world so he needs someone willing to continue helping him build confidence over time. He takes time to open up and feel comfortable, but once he does he rewards you by being completely loyal and loving. Someone with prior experience with nervous dogs is preferred.
