Piper is a truly handsome boy who embodies the affectionate nature of a "shadow" or "Velcro" dog-he simply loves to cuddle. He thrives in the company of other dogs and feels most secure as part of a pack. He does well with children, although he may take a little time to warm up to them. Plus, he's also comfortable around cats! <br/><br/>While he is currently working on his leash training, it can be a bit daunting for him at times. Having come from a hoarding situation, Piper hasn't yet experienced the joys of being a dog. That's why a loving and patient family with another dog would be the perfect fit to help guide him. This sweet boy has so much potential, and you won't want to miss the opportunity to welcome him into your home!
