Pip's Story

Pip came to us in the middle of July 2025 with Poppy and Lil Bit. They were rescued from a hoarding case and years of neglect. When Pip arrived, she had terrible skin and was constantly straining to pee. After a vet visit, we discovered huge bladder stones that needed to be surgically removed. Since then, she has completely blossomed. We still don’t know what happened to her ear, but it does not bother her. Her skin is healing and we know she’s feeling so much better. She is such a frenchie, true to the breed, and likes to be in charge. We originally thought she would do best in a single-dog home or with an easy going companion that doesn’t mind her taking the lead. But, as she settles in, she has become much more friendly and accepting of other dogs. She LOVES toys and stuffies. She will play "fetch," but she rarely gives it back without you trading it out for another toy.. She is definitely a character and keeps us laughing.

Status: Available
DOB: 7/1/2017
Breed: French Bulldog
Sex: Neutered Female
Weight: 20lbs
Good with dogs?: Yes
Good with cats?: No
Good with kids?: Unknown

*Note: All of Sam's Place dogs are microchipped, spayed/neutered and UTD on vaccines, unless otherwise noted.
